The A6G is a nice-looking television for the price. It has an attractive black bezel framing the screen, with two plastic feet on the left and right.
For gamers, there is a low latency ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) for gaming. For the A6G, you get a 20ms input lag while in the Game mode we found Input lag at 48.2ms which is incredibly low. But in our test, we found the gaming performance is just okay largely due to low response time.
The TV comes with a single slim remote control, including content shortcuts. The Android smart platform is excellent, and connected intelligence is strong since the A6G has it. So you’ve got a lot of streaming apps to pick from, and Chromecast is built-in.

Overall a decent TV with all the smart features. You are getting everything: the big screen, 4k resolution, HDR 10+, and game mode. The game mode has low input lag and good response time. The TV is made by Vizio, which uses its basic IQ Processor for motion processing, upscaling, and a full array panel. This TV does not have any contrast control zones listed, which we’ll discuss later, and the screen only has a native 60Hz refresh rate.
Unfortunately, the audio is a mixed bag. The mid-range of the audio we heard was frequently muffled, making conversation difficult to understand, and there was a limited soundstage.
You receive a few high-end features, but not nearly enough to make music sound fantastic. The sound is flat, lifeless, and lacking depth without a soundbar. There’s little bass response, and the mids cancel each other out. The TV’s voice is passable at best, and the conversation is a noisy, unintelligible mess at worst.
Finally, the TV comes with a basic IR remote that includes Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, Crackle, other streaming services, and Vizio’s WatchFree software. Although voice search isn’t built into the remote, you can get SmartCast software from Vizio if you wish to have more options.
