LG television offers outstanding image quality due to the cutting-edge technology the company uses. Many people opt for an equally high-quality surround sound system for their home theatres to match the standard.
Since you are not a tech geek, differentiating between good and bad soundbars might be challenging, especially when several different brands have different technologies.
After performing several tests and thorough research, we have compiled a list of the 10 best soundbars for LG TV to make your buying process a breeze.
1. Samsung HW-Q990B (best overall)

Brand: SAMSUNG| Model Name: Q Series| Speaker Type: Soundbar| Connectivity Technology: HWi-Fi, HDMI| Special Feature: Adaptive Sound| Streaming: Bluetooth, WiFi, Apple AirPlay 2| Dimension: 5.4 x 2.7 x 48.5 inches| Number of channels: 11.1.4
4.6/5 Overall
The Samsung HW-Q990B is the top-of-the-line product from the 2022 lineup of the company. It has a premium design that fits well with your high-end LG TV. While most soundbar is made of plastic, the metal grills cover the bar’s front, sides, and top.
The Samsung soundbar comes with a subwoofer having unique designs. There are side plastic plates round in shape that help protect the woofer while the rest of the sub is made of wood.
The Samsung HW-Q990 B’s satellites are similar to other top-of-the-range models– either place them on pedestals or mount them on the wall. Set the
Set the soundbar’s bass to -3 and treble to 1 if you want a neutral sound with stereo content. You will feel less boom in the bass, and the sound is balanced overall. The Atmos performance of the Samsung Q990B is also incredible, making it one of the best soundbars for the movies we have tested.
You can hear vocals with outstanding clarity and crisp details in its ‘Adaptive Sound’ mode. Also, in the action-packed scenes of the movies, the sub adds much of the rumble in the bass, and you will feel the chair shake while you are at it.
In my experience, you have many physical input options with the Samsung Q990B. These include connecting the bar to the TV via HDMI or Optical. You also get an HDMI In port which is very useful. While the USB port under the bar is for firmware updates only.
With this soundbar, you can wirelessly playback audio from your cell phone over WiFi, Bluetooth or Apple AirPlay 2 connection. Another way to play audio from your phone to the bar is using Samsung’s Tap Sound feature. Because it uses Bluetooth, you can play music from your
Bluetooth-enabled phone by tapping it against the bar. It’s convenient, but you can still use Bluetooth to stream audio wirelessly if your phone isn’t compatible.
You can connect the bar between your TV and PC for crisp, clear text on the screen because the Samsung Q990B can pass through some of the highest-quality bandwidth signals.
Eagle Verdict!
The Samsung HW-Q990B is an excellent mixed-use soundbar providing versatile performance. Its neutral sound is perfect for different audio content, including music, movies and dialogue-centric shows. Moreover, there are many customization options that allow you to adjust the bar’s sound as per your preference. Overall, it’s an excellent bar, but its high-end price may not suit everyone.

2. Samsung HW-Q950A (best bluetooth soundbar for lg tv)
Key Specs
Brand: SAMSUNG| Model Name: HW-Q950A/ZA| Speaker Type: Soundbar| Connectivity Technology: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Optical, HDMI| Special Feature: Bass Boost, Surround Sound, SpaceFit Sound, Remote Control| Streaming: Bluetooth, WiFi, Apple AirPlay 2| Dimension:5.4 x 48.5 x 2.7 inches| Number of channels: 11.1.4
4.6/5 Overall
Samsung HW-Q950A is a premium soundbar that offers wireless installation with your LG TV. You will create your wall-shaking home theatre with incredible sound quality and robust bass from the separate subwoofer.
In terms of wireless playback, the Samsung HW-Q950A excels. Bluetooth and WiFi allow you to stream music from your mobile devices to the bar wirelessly. In my opinion, It also supports Apple AirPlay 2. You can also use the Tap Sound feature to mirror sound to the bar’s speakers by “tapping” compatible phones against it.
The Samsung HW-Q950A has good build quality. The bar and the satellites are made mostly of plastic, while the subwoofer is wood. The speakers are long and tall, and you can place them anywhere in the room without a power outlet. Also, it’s an extensive bar that won’t fit between the legs of a 55-inch TV stand but is not tall enough to obscure your screen view.
It reproduces deeper low bass, enabling you to experience the deep thump and rumble in bass-heavy musical genres and action-packed movies. The Samsung HW-Q950A has excellent options for sound-enhancement features. Also, the bar offers an Auto EQ room correction feature that calibrates audio reproduction using a subwoofer-mounted microphone.
On the top of the bar are a few physical controls. You can turn on/off the mic and change the volume using it. The multi-function button also allows you to change the input.
In our testing, Samsung HW-remote Q950A is quite easy to use and allows you to change many of the bar’s settings. You cannot, however, use it to operate other devices, such as your TV, because it is not a universal remote.
Samsung SmartThings app is another feature you can use as a remote and to change a few soundbar settings. You can access the EQ, change the input, adjust the volume, and choose from various sound modes. You can use your device to play music on the bar.
Unlike the remote, you cannot use it to control the bar’s centre, side level, broad level, or top levels.
Eagle Verdict!
The Samsung HW-Q950A soundbar is impressive, with balanced sound right out of the box. You have no trouble hearing the instruments or dialogue in your favourite TV shows or songs. With anything from 5.1 surround sound content to object-based formats like Dolby Atmos, you can have an immersive audio experience when watching movies. The subwoofer adds a lot of deep rumbling, and you have many sound-adjustment options at your disposal.

3. Polk Audio Signa S4 Ultra-Slim
Key Specs
Brand: Polk Audio| Model Name: Signa S4| Speaker Type: Subwoofer,Soundbar| Connectivity Technology: Bluetooth, USB, Optical, HDMI| Special Feature: For Surround Sound Systems, For Televisions| Streaming: Bluetooth| Dimension: 41.2 x 3.7 x 2.4”| Number of channels: 3.1.2
4.6/5 Overall
If you are looking for an economical soundbar with excellent sound quality–Polk Audio Signa S4 is your thing. It’s a slim, low-profile soundbar (not easy to damage, though) that will not block your LG remote sensor. In my experience, you don’t have to worry about mounting the bar too heavy.
You will not expect such a simple, compact system to deliver sounds like the Polk Audio S4 system. You’ll love the many volume adjustments you may make using the six different modes. That means that you can adjust the bass and volume as necessary.
You only need to connect the soundbar to your TV, put the subwoofer into power, and set it up. It is very simple to use. There is only one wireless connection between the soundbar and the subwoofer. There is no additional setup or room mapping required.
It is pretty long, so a 55″ TV stand’s legs cannot fit the Polk S4. It doesn’t cover your TV screen because it isn’t very tall. Moving the subwoofer about your space as needed is simple due to the wireless connection between the soundbar and subwoofer. The majority of the bar is made of plastic, which might make it appear more upscale.
The Polk Audio Signa S4 performs below average in Atmos, as expected for speakers in this price range. In addition to Dolby Atmos, the Polk Audio Signa S4 supports Dolby Digital, lossless, and object-based audio formats. Unfortunately, DTS content is not supported.
It can get loud enough to fill an average-sized living room with sound. It needs to be louder if you have a bigger space or want to crank up the volume for gatherings.
The Polk Audio Signa S4 performs well in the centre channel. This improves the clarity and accuracy of dialogue reproduction by making it easier to pinpoint each voice on the soundstage.
The Polk Audio Signa S4 only has Bluetooth connectivity available. Thanks to the simple and small remote, all of the bar’s features are easily accessible.
Eagle Verdict!
Overall, Polk Audio performs remarkably well, and the sound quality is astounding. The LG TV’s ability to transmit Dolby Atmos to the audio system will produce a fantastic sound experience with a wide sound stage. For listening to podcasts and TV shows, it has a customizable dialogue enhancement option that reproduces dialogue clearly and accurately.

- Bass adjustment feature.
- Adjustable dialogue enhancement feature.
Cons
- Lacks low bass.
- Downmixes surround sound into stereo.
4. LG S95QR Soundbar (best lg soundbar for lg tv)
Key Specs
Brand: LG| Model Name: S95QR| Speaker Type: Subwoofer| Connectivity Technology: Wi-Fi, HDMI| Special Feature: For Televisions, For Smartphones or Tablets, For Music Players| Streaming: Bluetooth, WiFi, Chromecast built-in, Apple AirPlay| Dimension: 47.2 x 5.3 x 2.5 inches| Number of channels: 9.1.5
4.5/5 Overall
From the LG’s 2022 lineup, The LG S95QR is the top-rated soundbar, with a 9.1.5 setup with a dedicated subwoofer.
The LG S95QR has excellent build quality with a premium design–both the bar and the satellites have plastic materials that feel solid. The front of the bar is wrapped in a tight cloth that doesn’t appear to rip easily.
The metal grilles over the bar also protect the drivers within. Despite the sub’s sturdy wooden construction, the side cloth is, unfortunately, pretty loose. It would help if you carefully handled the sub because it tends to rip easily.
The LG S95QR soundbar has a boomy sound profile out of the box. It gets very loud and can fill big rooms and open spaces with sound. There isn’t much compression, so the audio reproduction is clear and pure even at high volumes.
You get an immersive feeling from its soundstage, which surrounds you with sound from all directions.
The LG S95QR offers a great variety of sound-improving features. Like other high-end bars, it has a feature called AI Room Calibration that you can set in the LG Sound Bar app to optimize audio reproduction based on the acoustics of your room.
You can use an optical or HDMI connection to connect The LG S95QR. In our testing, It supports LG’s WOWCAST feature, which enables you to connect the bar to your TV wirelessly, so there are not many wires behind it.
However, it was only available in a few countries at the time of publication. It’s not essential to add on because you can still connect the bar using a standard connection.
Eagle Verdict!
The LG S95QR soundbar is a high-end 9.1.5 system with incredibly versatile performance, so it equally sounds great with TV shows, music, and movies. It has a boomy sound out of the box with a lot of extra emphasis in the bass range, but you can change that sound with the bass and treble controls. With action-packed movies and bass-heavy music genres, dialogue is clear and present in the mix, and there is an adequate amount of rumble in the bass.
Other Experts Say!
- Never Enough Tech
“The LG S95QR is undoubtedly a premium product, and with its premium price tag, it’s an investment. However, if you’re serious about your home theater experience and demand top-tier audio quality, it’s worth every penny. The combination of Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and IMAX Enhanced support is a game-changer, and you’ll find yourself immersed in your favorite content like never before.”
- Short Circuit
“The LG S95QR boasts a 9.1.5 channel setup with an impressive 810 Watts of output. That’s right; it’s a beast! Whether you’re watching movies, gaming, or listening to music, this soundbar delivers immersive sound that will blow you away.”
Pros
- Extended low-bass.
- Room correction feature.
- Immersive sound with Dolby Atmos.
Cons
- No graphic EQ
5. LG S80QY (best wireless soundbar for lg tv 10)
Key Specs
Brand: LG| Model Name: S80QY| Speaker Type: Soundbar| Connectivity Technology: USB| Special Feature: Compact| Streaming: Bluetooth, WiFi, Chromecast built-in, Apple AirPlay| Dimension: 39.4 x 5.3 x 2.5 inches| Number of channels: 3.1.3
4.5/5 Overall
The LG S80QY is the brand’s lineup for 2022. It is a mid-range system with many features and a unique design on several streaming platforms. You can place it anyplace in your living room because of its wireless design. Just connect it to a power source by wires.
The LG S80QY is well-built. The metal grilles on top help to protect the drivers inside the bar, mostly made of plastic and feels sturdy and long-lasting.
The LG S80QY’s stereo frequency response is excellent. In bass-heavy genres like EDM, a little extra boom in the bass lets you feel the rumble.
The stereo dynamics on the LG S80QY are superb. It has a loud enough volume to fill an average living room. However, because it doesn’t become as loud as other bars on the market, it’s not the best for listening in large, open areas.
Action-packed scenes sound intense and thrilling since the subwoofer produces excellent bass rumble. The dialogue is clear, but the uneven mids can occasionally sound distant or muddy.
Compared to more affordable LG models like the LG S75Q, the LG S80QY offers various sound enhancement options. You can activate the AI Room Calibration feature using the app.
This feature optimizes audio based on your room’s particular acoustics using the app.
you may customize the bar’s bass and treble as well as its EQ presets, which include “Standard,” “Bass Blast,” “AI Sound Pro,” “Cinema,” “Sports,” “Game,” “Clear Voice,” and “Music.”
You can control every feature of the LG S80QY from the comfort of your couch using the LG Sound Bar app, which acts as a remote control.
Eagle Verdict!
The LG S80QY is suitable for watching movies. It performs similarly to other bars in its price range, and while the experience is decent, it doesn’t appear as immersive as more expensive models. It features two up-firing height drivers for Dolby Atmos content. Fortunately, you can feel a lot of thumps and rumble in the bass range, and if you want to improve its performance, you can later add on rear speakers from the manufacturer.

Pros
- Room correction feature.
- Bass and treble adjustments.
- Dolby Atmos support.
Cons
- Poor surrounds performance.
6. Samsung HW-Q700A (best soundbar for lg 4k tv)
Key Specs
Brand: SAMSUNG| Model Name: HW-Q700A/ZA| Speaker Type: Subwoofer,Soundbar| Connectivity Technology: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Optical, HDMI| Special Feature: 4 Sound Modes, Acoustic Beam Technology| Streaming: Bluetooth, wifi, and Apple AirPlay2| Dimension: 2.64 x 48 x 6.5| Number of channels: 3.1.4
4.4/5 Overall
The Samsung HW-Q700A is a 3.1.2 setup from the company’s 2021 line-up. Thanks to a well-balanced mid-range, it can reproduce lead instruments and vocals with clarity and accuracy.
The top and front of the Samsung HW-Q700A soundbar are covered with a metal grille– the rest of the bar is built of hard plastic.
Because of its width, the Samsung HW-Q700A soundbar probably won’t fit between the legs of your 55″ LG TV. It isn’t tall, so unless your TV is flat with the table, it shouldn’t obstruct your TV screen.
Although the sub is made of melamine, the front’s thin fabric looks like it would rip or get dirty quickly.
The stereo frequency response on the Samsung HW-Q700A is adequate. If you enjoy experiencing the rumbles in bass-heavy music and action-packed movies, it struggles to reproduce the thump and punch in the low to mid-bass.
There is some bass and treble compression when you play it at maximum level, but it gets loud enough to use at parties and in huge spaces. It has a good focus, making it simple to pinpoint particular stereo soundstages objects like voices and footsteps.
Samsung HW-Q700A offers many sound enhancement features. You can adjust the sound using the graphic EQ or by selecting one of the EQ presets, including “Standard,” “Surround,” “Game Pro,” and “Adaptive Sound.”
The SmartThings app’s Advanced Sound settings also include a voice enhancement feature that improves dialogue clarity and crispness and a bass enhancement feature.
Eagle Verdict!
The Samsung HW-Q700A is an excellent soundbar that can reproduce vocals and lead instruments due to a balanced midrange. It can be disappointing if you enjoy bass-driven music and action-packed movies as it struggles to produce a thumpy, punchy bass. But it does support Dolby Atmos, which is excellent for movie lovers. It must, however, downmix surround video into the stereo to play it, resulting in a less immersive audio experience.

7. LG SP8YA
Key Specs
Brand: LG| Model Name: SP8YA| Speaker Type: Soundbar| Connectivity Technology: HDMI| Special Feature: Dolby Atmos and DTS: X with Upward Firing Height Channels; Meridian Advanced Sound Technologies| Streaming: Bluetooth, wifi, Chromecast built-in| Dimension: 41.7 x 4.7 x 2.2 inches| Number of channels: 3.1.2
4.4/5 Overall
The LG SP8YA is a 2021 3.1.2 setup. The LG SP8YA soundbar is built well. Most of the bar is made of plastic, which feels sturdy and long-lasting. The metal grilles also protect the drivers. Although the fabric covering of the sub is made of high-quality plastic, it might rip or get dirty quickly.
It has an AI Room Calibration feature that automatically adjusts audio reproduction to your listening space. When this function is activated, you can feel the rumbles in action-packed movies and bass-heavy music since it features a sound profile with many basses that give your audio more thump and punch.
The centre channel performance on the soundbar is phenomenal. The dedicated centre channel in this 3.1.2 setup makes reproducing dialogue in movies and television shows easier with more clarity and accuracy.
The LG SP8YA has many sound enhancement features. Using the bass and treble controls, you can change the sound if you prefer a different one. There are EQ presets for “Standard,” “Bass Blast,” “AI Sound Pro,” “Cinema,” “Sports,” “Game,” “Clear Voice,” and “Music.” The “Cinema” preset uses virtual surround sound to produce a more 3D sound.
The LG SP8YA can transmit signals with the highest bandwidth quality. The text on the screen is bright and crisp when you connect the bar to the TV, PC or other devices.
The LG Sound Bar app lets you access the sound bar’s settings. The EQ settings and the bass and treble controls allow you to change the bar’s audio output. While the “Night Time” option lowers the volume of your programs, the “Dynamic Range Control” feature helps balance the volume level between various programs. The AI Room Calibration function is also available.
Eagle Verdict!
The LG SP8YA is excellent for a variety of uses. The bass-heavy sound profile it produces when the room correction feature is turned on gives your audio extra thump and punch, allowing you to feel the rumble in bass-heavy music and action-packed movies.Iit supports Dolby Atmos content and offers a variety of sound customization features. However, to play it, it must downmix surround video into stereo, which doesn’t sound particularly immersive.

- Gets loud.
- Lots of wireless playback options.
Cons
- Downmixes surround into stereo.
8. Sonos Beam (Gen 2)
Key Specs
Brand: Sonos| Model Name: Beam| Speaker Type: Surround Sound| Connectivity Technology: Wi-Fi| Special Feature: Bass Boost| Streaming: Wifi and Apple AirPlay 2| Dimension: 25.6 x 2.7 x3.9″| Number of channels: 5.0
4.4/5 Overall
The Sonos Beam Gen 2 maintains the same compact design as its predecessor but adds Dolby Atmos support to watch movies and other height content material on your preferred streaming platforms. A perfect addition to your LG TV home theatre!
It produces a clean sound that adds airiness to watching movies and makes it easier to hear during TV broadcasts. The Sonos’ Speech Enhancement feature, which helps in dialogue clarity, is another outstanding feature we looked at.
There is a setting to highlight the vocals, but don’t expect an immersive movie-watching experience all the time because there will be moments when the sound is loud. The dialogue is still barely audible; then, it suddenly gets louder.
The Sonos Beam Gen 2 is well-built. It shares a similar overall premium feel to the Sonos Beam. Most of it is plastic, which has a strong, robust feel. To further protect the drivers inside, there is a plastic grille up front.
Its small size makes it simple to slot between two 55″ TVs, and since it isn’t very tall, it won’t obstruct your TV’s view. Additionally, touch-sensitive controls on the bar’s top let you.
- Adjust the volume
- Play/pause your audio
- Turn the microphone on/off
You can stream content online by connecting wirelessly to the bar using Apple Airplay and wifi. There are more expensive solutions available, but given the excellent sound quality it offers, it offers great value for money.
When a sub is connected, the Beam’s audio changes, giving the impression of an instant upgrade. The Gen 2, however, always sounds more like the Beam connected to a sub, regardless of whether the sub is connected.
It provides a bubble of sound for any home theatre system without speakers being housed inside, thanks to its well-balanced sound profile and some punch in the high bass.
Eagle Verdict!
For audio content with a lot of dialogue, including podcasts and TV shows, Sonos Beam Gen 2 is a fantastic choice. It is ideal for people who live in apartments because it lacks a subwoofer, which avoids window-rattling bass. The bass is still considerably more powerful than what you would get from TV speakers.
Other Experts Say!
- Smart Home Sounds

The build quality feels premium, with a robust chassis that exudes durability.”
- The Gadget Show
“The Beam Gen 2 also includes built-in voice assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. This hands-free control is incredibly convenient. Pros
- Room correction feature (iOS only).
- Dialogue enhancement feature.
- Easy to set up
- Wireless connectivity
- Clear and balanced sound
Cons
- Doesn’t get very loud.
- No Bluetooth connectivity
9. Sony HT-A9
Key Specs
Brand: Sony| Model Name: HT-A9| Speaker Type: Subwoofer| Connectivity Technology: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi| Special Feature: 360 Spatial Sound Mapping; Hi-Res Audio Capable X-Balanced Speaker Units| Streaming: Bluetooth, wifi, Chromecast built-in, Apple AirPlay 2| Dimension: 28.44 x 8.19 x 18 inches| Number of channels: 4.0.4
4.2/5 Overall
The Sony HT-A9 is a premium setup with a uniquely original design. It includes a compact control box and four satellite speakers rather than a large soundbar. According to Sony’s marketing, their 360 Spatial Sound technology would produce a more immersive listening environment with a large soundstage.
The control box of the Sony HT-A9 may easily fit between the legs of a LG TV stand thanks to its distinctively compact design.
The build quality of the Sony HT-A9 is excellent. There are metal grilles on the speakers that help protect the internal drivers from damage. A plastic case with a slightly rough texture and a substantial feel is also present. Despite being primarily built of plastic, the control box sometimes has a cheap feel to it. When the setup is in use, it may also become warm.
It struggles to reproduce the deep thump in bass-driven music and action-packed movies. Vocals and lead instruments may be slightly thinned out by the sound profile, which is still a little muddy.
The stereo dynamics performance of the Sony HT-A9 is decent. It is unsuitable for filling up an ample space or a packed party because it doesn’t get extremely loud.
A significant number of sound-improving functions are present in the Sony HT-A9. There are various EQ presets available, including “Standard Surround,” “Cinema,” “Music,” and “Auto Sound.” Using the Immersive AE function, you can also turn on and off the up-firing drivers. However, while watching Atmos content, you cannot change this setting because it is locked to the “On” position.
Eagle Verdict!
For movies, the Sony HT-A9 is adequate. It has a well-balanced mid-range on “Standard Surround,” which reproduces dialogue reasonably well. Its four satellites provide an immersive surround sound experience, and its Immersive AE feature allows you to turn on and off its up-firing speakers. Additionally, it supports Dolby Atmos media. However, it can’t reproduce the intense rumbling in scenes with lots of action and doesn’t get very loud.
Other Experts Say!
- Audio Advice
“The Sony HT-A9 is undoubtedly a premium audio system, and its price reflects that. However, considering the exceptional sound quality, innovative features, and the fact that it can transform your living room into a true home theater, it’s a worthwhile investment for audio enthusiasts and movie lovers.”

10. Sonos Arc Soundbar (best budget)
Key Specs
Brand: Sonos| Model Name: Sonos Arc| Speaker Type: Soundbar,3D| Connectivity Technology: Wi-Fi, HDMI| Special Feature: Subwoofer, Radio| Streaming: WiFi, Apple AirPlay 2| Dimension: 3.4 x 45 x 4.5 inches | Weight: 6.25kg
4.2/5 Overall
Sonos Arc Soundbar is the best budget soundbar you can get for your LG TV. Not only the sound that emanates from this soundbar is clear and rich, but it also seems to come from all around you. Mind it; this soundbar is without a subwoofer.
With a sleek premium design and integrated voice assistant function, Sonos Arc Soundbar is the best investment you will make to create a complete home theatre. The bar is wide and won’t fit between the legs of the 55-inch stand, but since it’s not too tall, it’s less likely to block your TV screen.
A Sonos S2 app enables you to pair with other devices of the Sonos ecosystem to spread the sound throughout the house. Moreover, you can play or pause, change the volume and mute the mic using the touch-sensitive controls on this soundbar. You can swipe right or left on the controls to move to the next or previous soundtrack.
Like most high-end models, the soundbar has a room correction feature that optimizes the output of the bar based on the specific room’s acoustics– Sonos call this feature TruePlay, which is compatible with iOS devices only.
The bar offers a pretty balanced sound when this feature is turned on. You can operate the Trueplay room correction feature using the bar’s app if you have an iOS smartphone.
As a standalone soundbar, you obviously won’t get a very extended low bass and won’t feel much rumble with bass-heavy genres like EDM. However, the bar gets very loud and can fill a huge, crowded room. Also, there is not much compression at maximum volume, so you can turn up the music without affecting the sound quality.
Eagle Verdict!
The Sonos Arc is a high-end standalone soundbar that produces clean and rich sound. You can use the Trueplay room correction feature on compatible iOS devices to optimize music reproduction based on your room’s unique acoustics. Vocals and lead instruments are still accurately reproduced even though the sound profile is a little loud.

The first and foremost is to set a budget and stick to it. By spending a couple of hundred, you can still buy a functional soundbar. But you will get a more premium model if you are high on budget. We have included different soundbars with various prices, and every recommendation exhibits good value for money. Also, many deals keep coming through the year, so keep checking them out.
2-Design
LG TVs are sleek and low-profile in design. Considering this, you may want a soundbar that perfectly compliments your LG set without ruining the decor. If, for example, your LG TV is wall-mounted, it’s worth considering the soundbars that come with mounting option.
However, if your TV is on its feet and the soundbar is placed below the screen, be sure there is enough space to prevent the soundbar from blocking the screen’s bottom or even just the remote control receiver.Iit’s crucial to consider the soundbar’s width because you don’t want it to be wider than the screen it’s serving.
3. Subwoofer
Consider the subwoofer before buying a soundbar, as it’s one of the essential parts of the sound system. You can narrow down your choices by deciding whether you want a standalone bar or a bar with separate subwoofer. There are wireless subwoofers available in the market which can be very handy in terms of placement, but they can be huge– this on the other hand, might be problematic.
4. Connections
Next, check that your soundbar has the connections you require. The simplest way to connect your soundbar to your LG TV is via HDMI, and your TV likely supports HDMI-ARC, which allows audio to go in both directions via the HDMI cable. Additionally, LG’s screens usually feature the eARC specification necessary to transfer all of that complex audio data from the TV to the soundbar, as the company is very keen on the Dolby Atmos audio format.
5. Streaming
Lastly, another aspect you must consider in your preferred soundbar is the Bluetooth and wifi connection. Both these help stream music now and then without creating much hassle.
Conclusion
A soundbar for your LG TV may bring much fun and excitement to your place, especially if you share it with a friend.
